Our Privacy Guarantee
BALL’S OUT! Rugby guarantees that it will never sell or, in any way, make available your address, email or payment information to any other company or organization.
Our Quality Guarantee We proudly stand behind all of our products 100%. If any item proves defective within 30 days, we will promptly repair or replace it at no charge. In addition, if you order a non customized item that does not work for you for whatever reason, you can return the unused item within 30 days for a refund or exchange. If you have ordered a product with free shipping, we will charge a $15 restock on most returns. We make every effort to earn your continued support.

Team Order Shipping
We offer all types of options, every level of UPS, FedEx, postal and DHL service. Locally, we use couriers, too! To organize the best option for you we are in touch every bit of the way. All pricing is as low as possible; gas prices and other rising costs do have their effects. We will ship out samples to you, free of charge, so if that option gets you going, get us going-

Online Shipping Info
Our standard domestic shipments are sent using UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air (if requested). If the shipping address is a P.O. Box or military APO or FPO, we can ship using US Postal Service as UPS will not deliver to these types of addresses. However, be aware that this method does not always provide tracking and insurance for the delivery of your package. Because of the tracking and insurance provided by UPS and the additional time it takes for US Postal shipments (an extra 4-6 days), we highly recommend that you ship to a street address using UPS whenever possible.
All UPS shipments go out daily at 3:30 pm EST. All orders requesting UPS 2nd Day Air shipping must be placed by 2 pm EST inorder to make shipping for that day; otherwise, they will be processed within 1-2 business days. UPS delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
We will make every effort to satisfy all UPS 2nd Day Air shipping requests in a timely manner; however, if stock shortages do occur, we will either call or email you with the estimated ship date and suggest possible substitutions, if available, within 24 hours of receiving your order. Ground shipment orders that cannot ship within 72 hours will also receive similar notification.
UPS Next Day Air or FedEx shipping are available upon request. It is necessary to order by phone if you would like one of these options.
All Military APO and FPO addresses are treated by the US Postal Service as international. You should allow additional time for these shipments due to the combination of US Postal and Military delivery efforts.
In entering your address, be sure to enter all information correctly (esp. suite/apt number, city, and zip code). If UPS is required to make any address corrections, they will charge a $10 fee for ground packages and a $15 fee for 2nd and Next Day Air package. If the correction is due to inaccurate information provided on the order form… well, at least a big chunk of the fee will be charged to the customer.
When do we charge you? When we ship…
Many online vendors charge the second you click order… but if there are any delays, additions, or stocking issues, you can lose your money while the shipment is sorted. Since we sometimes do run out of stock in sizes [we carry as much variety as ANY rugby supplier worldwide] and colors, in most cases, we have a customer-serving “charge when ship” approach.
